Kc and my self both shoot Rt-Pros and Ballerina boy uses a cocker. The tourney consisted 21 teams with 6 prelims and 3 final games, we maxed most of our prelim games and went into finals #1 with 268 out of 300 points. We got maxed our first game of the finals then got 48 out of 50 in our second and took 4 points in our last game witch took us into a tie for third place. In the tie breaking game we hit a guy off the break then the next thing i see is Ballerina boy and KC walking off the field i am in a 2 on 1 at the 50 tape not the best spot to be with one of them on both ends of the field. One guy tries a stupid move and i nailed him in the shoulder, its now a 1 vs 1 and I get this crazy idea to run the center 50 and grab the flag then ran to the "wrong" end of the field and sat there till the time ran out. We won because of points i got for grabbing the flag. Point system was 20 for hang, 12 for grab, 4 per elim, 2 for each left standing. We took 3 and won a case of paint and a free pass each. Not bad for our first tourney and a lot of the teams were a little to good for rookie class but it was a lot of fun.

here's one more. When Dent said that the second guy got out in the end on a stupid move, what actually happened was the guy went and bunkered me, and by doing so exposed himself to Dent and was shot out.

Congrats on your win. Did you make sure you gave the refs a hard time. M-a-s-s Driver was one of the refs. Hes on this forum quite a bit.

Anyhow congrats again.

Congrats!

BTW - Where was the tourney held? How many teams? Would you recommend this filed for 1st timers (no tourney experience)?

It was our First Tourney, there where 21 teams, park is Wild Adventure Paintball, located outside sacto. It is a great place for all your up and coming teams..... 10$ a day and you can play rec ball or do some games with rookie/amateur/novice teams that are around a lot.....One tip don’t let the jerseys fool you! lol I think we were the only team with no jerseys.

I've heard good things about this place. I really want to go check it out, but it is a bit of a drive. Probably go in June with my bro and friends.

Well um they have a 5 man in like 2 weeks(amateur) and they are going to have more on the way....WAP has no trees at all its all concept fields and its really well made for tourneys. 5 fields airball, hyperball, spools, hydroball, lego. I am guessing they might build more in the future they have only been open a few months...can't beat BYOP, $10 a day or $150 for a year pass and $8 all day air and some of the coolest owners I have ever met.

Good Job, nice pics. WAP is more than worth than the drive from the bayarea...it's a great set up and very good player/owners.

Just wondering, why does it seem like there's such a big following of "The Hitchiker's Guide To The Galaxy" I'm reading it right now, and IMO, I've read better.
