I have an extra 12V Revy board. Can I swap boards with a 9V Revy and now have a new 12V Revy? Or are there other different parts that would effect its performance (like the motor)?

Well your going to have all the parts. The board, the agitator part and the eye part, and the battery coupler thing.

You just need to have all the Revy internals, you might not be able to just put half of 9V and 12V parts together.

I'm asking what are the differences between a 9V revy and a 12V?

Agitator is different (2 prong vs 4 prong)
Board with battery clips is different (I think?)
Revy body are the same
Eye?
Motor?

Any one swap just the boards with the battery clips and make a functioning 12V revy?

The eye and motor are the same, the only difference is the impeller (paddles) and the board.

I think that it is the same moter-eye. The eye in my 12v right now, came out of a 9v. I think the only differance is the impeller, and the board. The impeller you can still use, thats not a problem. If the switch is in a differant place, all you have to do is make a new hole for it.

There's also a little divider where the battery (9v) goes. You just pull it out and "Walla!"--you now have room for 2 batteries!
