Hey Guys,
Just thought I'd give a shout out saying hello. I just bought my first Automag yesterday (a Splash 68 classic) and am completely psyched about getting it out on the field! I've been playing rec paintball since 1994 and have been using Tippmanns exclusively. I'm going to do more tourney play so I decided to upgrade to a higher-end marker.

AGD - I just want you to know that it was your marker's reputation for durability and dependability under fire (not rof, pretty colors, 2 million upgrades, etc...) that prompted me to choose an Automag over a Cocker or Impulse. All the upgrades are nice, but they aren't worth crap if your base marker can't hold up to the use and abuse. Keep making a good, no nonsense, durable product and we'll keep buying:) !

Tim

P.S. I had no idea that AGD was based in Chicago! Southsider born and raised here! Coming back to Chicago in June of this year. No wonder their markers follow a tough, no nonsense approach - that's Chicago for you! ;)

"Treat her(or he, if that's your thing)" LOL :D It's definitely a "her"! At least I hope so! I plan to share my bed with it :) .

Tim
How do you tell the sex of a marker?

The sex depends on whether or not he/she/it has a foamie... If foamie is present then it's a safe bet to call it a male, although rare cases have been heard of where said 'mag also has female connectors somewhere. Make sure you take it apart and find out for sure!

Congratulations!

Now don't forget to "introduce" your new mag to the world! You can start by painting up some other non-toting mag players out there!
