TKO mag problems

My mag was dropped on a rock from 5ft. today when a friend broke his finger(don't worry he's o.k)and the long grip for those of you who know what a TKO grip is like is so loose that I can move the macro line back and forth and do not know how to tighten it.It is also not making the regular mag sound.
