Quick question...

Cany any bulk nitro tank fill a 48-118/4500 tank? Or do I have to go hunt down a tank that can fill mine?

a 3000psi scuba can fill 3000 and 4500 tanks. A 3000psi scuba can only fill a 4500psi tank to 3000psi, but a 4500psi scuba can fill 3000psi tank above 3000psi so you haev to watch when you fill.
