Let's find out if there is a pattern to this dry paint plague.

I only did it with mags because it would have been much harder to incorporate all guns.

Do you have problems with dry paint in your warpfeed? That is before you do anything like put paint on your warp wheel.

I personally have no problem but I have a normal classic mag, until today... Emag:D, and I never really shot extremely fast, like an Emag.

It worked fine in my RT and it works fine as well in my Defiant and Bushy, both Warp fed.

miniRT wZ

with out puttin some kind of lube on he wheels after about 3/4 of a case i have to change the battery....

with lube on the disks i still only get 1 case reliebly..... blasted 9v batteryies are geting to be $$$$$$$$$$$$$........ and i haveeen't had luck with rechargable ones yet.... i really need to get the 12v mod from ptp and my hands on an Emag bat pack so i can run the warp and revy off of that.....

of course i would need the short pack version so i could still use my Z once i end up with an extreme body..... for the non-E lookin E =)

I have a classic mag and shoot dry paint fine (except for the pink PMI Premium, it won't feed at all). I had to set the dwell at it's max setting. You need to have the warp turn 1/4 turn WITH PAINT. That is the secret. :D

P.S. 12 volts doesn't hurt either. However, I shot it fine with a 9 volt.

No prolems here with the Advantage shell, been through 20+ cases of Green Marbs in the past 6 months, no breaks at all.

I shoot an Emag and warp, the barrel I use is a Jacko Infinity series, shoots marbs like a champ.

I'm betting your bore size is too tight for the new shells. With the added friction from the dry shells, it's making it too tough to get the ball into the barrel without crushing it. The Advantage shell is a little more brittle then their previous shells.

err... I use wet platinum in my warp discs if you guys know what it is. It lasts for a long time and is super slick. NO feeding problems whatsoever with dry paint.

E-Mag (WL) and warp. No problems with PMI or Big Ball (1800 rds last Sat). I've avoided black shell paint, though (I think someone had a theory black shelled Advantage cause feed problems - not sure).

Warped Retroed MiniMag, 2 weeks ago shot over a half case of RP Lightning Mars Magenta which is an Advantage shell with sparkles and fed fine through Halo and Warp. The shell feels just a faint bit raspy, like a ultra fine sandpaper. Again no chops or barrel breaks!!

Advantage paint works in my Warp (Retro mag) for a little while (one day of play/one case at most). The added friction causes the Warp to EAT batteries and strech out the drive belt o-ring. If your willing to put new batteries and o-rings in before every day then you'll be fine.

I use All-Stars with no problem, but I do occasionally have to oil the belt a bit to feed them reliably. I'd say once every 3 cases or so.

You oil the belt? Or did you just confuse it with the discs?

Haha, I was wondering why that would make it feed better.

It's that new sticky oil right....:p Well, you know what I mean.:)
