It's either a stapler on steriods, or some kind of a model train.

My, what wonderful guesses I have.

OK... i guess i should explain.
For those who don't know.. we all we hyped up after we figured out that the gun AGD makes... taht shoots the mil paintballs.. shows up on FN's site. Then we get pics of Tom standing by the FN display at some military convention crap. Then I remeber that pic^. Well its obvious there was a connection. Thsat pic proves it more! ISN'T THAT AWESOME!

No doubt about it you guys are right. That is a FN P90... but maybe Tom likes to have gun paper weights :) who knows

And really who cares maybe Tom doesnt really want to say anything about it right now.. I mean yes he was in that FN gun show, and now this, but that doesnt mean anything...

I say if Tom wants to say something let him... if not just let this go guys, who cares really. It is kinda cool though I wanna see some more pics of those paintball guns hehe.

Hey don't forget the legendary commie fighting FN-FAL battle rifle! Standard military rifle issued to almost all non communist countries (except the m16 toting USA), used to be anyway. Now being replaced by newer designs.

P90: does anyone even use those hunks of junk? i'd rather have a calico. At least it wouldn't jam.

Petefol, No, it is not a real p90. But it is definitely a model of one.

Here's some info and prices:
http://www.fnmfg.com/products/p90/p90.htm

Recently I saw an article about the P-90 online, apparently it's going to be put to use in the U.S. Special Forces, don't remember exactly which branches. Maybe Army knows something about this.

the P90 has less recoil, better range, and a good deal more power than anything firing a 9mm cartridge. the 5.7x28mm bullet will go through 48 layers of kevlar at 150 meters. it's also totally ambidextrous, since the bullets are ejected through the hollow grip and there are iron sights on both sides of the optical sight. since it's meant as a personal defense weapon, i think it's a far better choice than an MP5K or MP5PDW

I know its not the same thing but you can get an airsoft p 90 to play around with. : )

sorry petefol, i didn't see your post.

firing anything in a burst or auto fire will cause a loss in accuracy. though i can see it jamming. it does have an odd feeding mechanism. each round has to be turned before it enters the chamber, so it would make sense that in anything but semi automatic fire jams could abound

thei3ug

they jam, and the firing posture looks rediculous.

And trunnion, the issue with the jamming isn't the firing, it's the fact that if the magazine isn't completely full, just jostling the gun around can offset the rounds in the magazine.

I'd rather have an MP7 or MP5.

Trunnion

i didn't say it was the firing. it was my assumption that it was the loading method, since the rounds in the magazine are perpendicular to the chamber rather than parallel to it. why does having an unfilled magazine cause jamming problems?

guys that is a model of the gun your all talking about. i saw it when i went to the factory and its a little model of it and is on a wooden stand.

For those who have held and shot a P90, the firing position is awkward looking, but actually comfortable and allows you to fire more accuratly offhand. Kind of like the Z-grip, it doesn't LOOK like it's comfortable, but it is.

Ya thats cool, I have a Airsoft P90, it has fake bullets in it as well, the FN is a much more compact weapon then the MP5 thats why they are considering use much more then the H&K Series.

umm Tom, not that uve showed us yours, would you mind giving us an explanation how AGD is working with or for FN.

Vegeta

AGD makes non-lethal arms for police and military to use for riot control and such. I aussume FN got interested and they have a contract with AGD to distribute and market them, since it would look kinda bad if AGD marketed them along with their paintball markers eh.
