I would like to share something that happened today….

I have been VERY busy (to say the least) and did not get around to registering my Marker. Well, I had a couple minutes between phone calls today and called JoAnn to do so…

As I verified the marker’s serial number she noticed that she had already registered it for me. I know this would be hard to do for a standard order coming from the Online Store, or from a Dealer, but since my order was not standard, this pre-registration was a nice touch.

I would like to thank JoAnn for the extra attention to detail, and give them all a big thumbs up. And it is always a pleasure talking with you. :)

Yeah I spoke to JoAnn today about getting an E-Mag video and she was sweet as can be. She asked me for my Serial #, but I don't know it off-hand. She told me not to worry and said I'd have it by Friday. :)
