I need help. I want to get a lapco barrel but I need to know if a stainless bigshot or a stainless autospirit is a better barrel.

if you shoot marbs go with the Autospirit. But if you shoot large bore paint go with the bigshot. I have a bigshot and PMI premium works the best for me

My bigshot will shoot just about anything decently, but some small batches of PMI Prem. and and marbs and stuff would shoot better (and more efficiently) through an Autospirit. Oh, and unless you're really bent on stainless, I'd save yourself $20 and some weight and get aluminum.

Yea go with the autospirit, it handles small paint like a dream, and isnt to bad on some of the medium bore paint. As for the steel bigshot, it's real heavy compared to the aluminum. My steel bigshot on my mag feels to front heavy, but my aluminum autospirit is a perfect balance.

I dunno guys, my friend wants a big shot and now Im not so sure if its a good paint match with PMI. I think PMI has been getting a little smaller lately and Im not sure if he should look into an autospirit instead..

They are the same barrel, you can get either in S/S or aluminum, but the bigshot is a big bore, the autospirit is a small bore. They shoot great, get one to match the paint you shoot.
