Does anyone know the threading of a CA adapter?

I am trying to build something with brass fittings, and I want to know what the threading on a C/A adapter or CO2 tank was and if they are compatable? Anyone know?

It's a standard thread. I believe the name for it actually is ASA threading.

You might want to see if there's a thread tap specifically for that.
