I have an Emag and I can get 13 in a burst.

My friend has bm2k2 and he can get like 10.5-11

Another guy can get around 13 on his impy.

One more guy gets like 10 on his shocker.

16bps on my Angel LED

*around 14* on my Sonic Bm2k

11bps on my 97 Cocker

Mind you, those are max rates of fire....I was lucky to get the the ROFs on my Bm2k and Angel.

I have no clue what I can get, nor do I have the equipment to find out :( Nothing like the life of a poor, broke, college student, with a rather expensive habit! Paintball ppl, come on.

I been trying to find a reliable way of finding that out, however the chance of me coming across a PACT chrono is pretty slim. My estimate with walking the trigger would be around 12, maybe more, maybe less.

Wish I could tell how fast I can shoot on my mag. :( I do know that I get 7-8 bps on an Angel.

with my e-mag, i can do a steady 11bps, short bursts of 12-12bps, but thats about it. With my Hyperframe, i can get about 11-12 in short bursts. On my Classic, I can shoot about 8-9 going nuts on it. THe easiest way I found to find ROF is to record yourself dryfiring on your computer. Then open that sound file up in an audio editing software program once the file is open and you see the 'soundwaves' in the file, count the peaks and you'll have your ROF

I have me emag set at 12, and I shoot as fast as I can. I've gotta be close to 11 or 12 bps.

Where do people come up with these numbers? I have seen F/A guns going 13-15 bps and I KNOW that no human can pull their finger that fast. You guys must have some alien blood in you.

~Fred

PS I would be complimenting myself if I said I got 7-8bps, but I don't really know.

if i had to guess, i'd say a constant 12BPS on my e-mag. With my board limited to 12, i was still breaking paint in extended strings, so i turned it down to 11BPS max. It was a noticable difference in speed, which i don't think i would have noticed if i wasn't pushing the envolope on that 12bps limit, at least i don't break paint anymore. :)

It is stupidly easy to fire fast with my e-mag, the trigger is set to be about 2mm long at the bottom of the trigger and I have 2 magnets in with no spacer (as stiff as the trigger can get without buying more magnets)

Light triggers are over-rated! Viva la resistance!

With my Vision Impulse with Blade trigger (No pull ya just tap it :D) I can do about 6-7 since I am slow on it. Adam, Maghappy, RIPS on it- I am sure he can do well over 10 on it. I need to practice :)

They way I figure it out: Take a rickochet 2k and put about half a pod in there. Set the timer for 45 seconds. start the timer and when it gets down to 30 seconds, start unloading. see how long it takes you to get rid of it. then you do some simple math: shot 50 balls in about 8 seconds, so you divide 50 by 8 and you got your balls per second. in my case in is 6.25 so i say 6 balls a second (kind of slow)

Heck I am even slower than that. I shoot around 4-5 bps and that's with my Z-grip. My son on the other hand shoots 10 bps with his Tippmann 98c. His Tippy is pretty much stock, except for a drop and barrel. I don't know how he can fire so fast with his single trigger, but he does.
