can the Flatline Reghalf be anodized?

im not sure what the flatline reg was made out of so i assumed aluminum, i know aluminum can be anodized but if it was stainless steel it couldnt be. so i just wanna know, is it Alluminum?

The black/brown back part is Aluminum and already anodized with "hard anodizing"

I believe so, but the anodizing has to be stripped first.
