Registration, stickers and Warranty

I filled out the on-line registration one airguns.com. On the first page it says that there will not be an e-mail confirmation. But on the second page it says that an e-mail will be sent in a few days when the proccess the information. This was all about 2 months ago. I have since bought another Minimag a spare valve and I am waiting for a Retro from this guy.(he hasn't sent it yet dispite it being a very long time) So I have all these valves and I don't know if I can register them. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

The last 2 valves I registered had replys within an hour...

Mind you, I had also ordered the video and manual with them too, so that might have had an effect.
