PGP or PT Xtreme is the only way to go for a paintball pistol.

i like the extreme because you can very quickly change 12 grams on it. plus is has a removeable barrel. you can also change from 10 round tubes to a hopper with an adapter. i think they make a bottomlike kit for it. would be funny to see a freak kit on it and compressed air.

There's also a gun called the sidekick. Comes in a pump and a semi version and it's supposed to be pretty good. They're also blowforward like the mag. How can that be bad?:D

As far as fun factor goes my vote is on the godd ol' PGP.

get a pt extreme. their pretty tight. you can change the barrel. they make specific ones for it some where. i've seen um on the net. They also make it to where u can have a center feed on it and have a hopper (it would lok kinda stupid but it would also be kinda fun if u just wanted to play with a pistol for a game:rolleyes: )

Think the cheapest route would be a PGP? :D

The best route would be a Palmer Squall.

The original maker of the "sidekick" called the the "Wolfpack". They are great little guns. I know the guy that made them. He owns a shop near my house. He sold the design to the people that call it the sidekick. Very accurate, and very fast.

A Palmer Squall is a HUGE waste of money. I've also heard good things about Sidekick Semi's.

Don't get a PT Extreme. My friend had one and hated it. It was inaccurate, and the CO2 cartridges would pop out when he pulled the pistol out of the holster. 2001 Model PGP all the way!

I hated my PT Xtreme so much I tried to trade it for 3 boxes of Domino's pizza at the field. The guy wouldn't take it. It was fun until I took it to a field, though, and I put a bottomline on it. I ended up selling it for $60, and I had over $160 in it.

MrShutter, It may be a waste of money for you, but not for me. In fact, I have three of them. We play one on one all the time, tons of fun. To have a gun that will work all of the time with great accuracy and speed is well worth it.

they dont use revvy's they feed from the 10 round horizontul tube on top of the barrel. i dont know about other barrels though.

i know they dont use revys but they could use at as a regular frame so they could a sweet blade trigger
