drill right smack dab in the middle and it will break apart (thats what i did and it worked fine)

Man, the way that is written sounds kind of dirty..lol.
I have used a magnetic screw driver several times to help pull the screw out. It may be an aluminum screw, then i would just drill it out. :)

hrmm.. drills dosn't sound like a good idea...i'm thinking about taking a hack saw and just cutting a slot accross the screw, then use a flat head or anything else thats thin and flat and screw it out... i just want to know if theres any other way, i just don't want to accedently mess up.

Here's a mechanic's tip: Get the correct size screwdriver and put the tip in the screw. Then give the handle of the screwdriver a good whack or 2 with a hammer (any will do, but I prefer a dead-blow). Then see if you can turn the screw out. If not, I'd suggest those Craftsman screw removers that Joker recommended.

If you've got some extra almost-fitting allen wrenches... put some superglue around it, the screw... put it in. Let it dry overnight and twist out. Heat it up to retain the wrench.

I know this works with other a glue type substance, but it also ruins your allen wrench. This sould work.

Kinda like the superglue idea. Put in an allen wrench and put loc-tite around the outside. Let it dry, then unscrew it.

Or you can take a trash (or replaceable) allen key (wrench) and use a sodering iron to soder it to the stripped screw. This will be much stronger than the superglue and limit the chances of damaging whatever it's stuck in.

I've done it twice when I managed to strip the shoddy screws on my M98. Just make sure the glue is completely dry, and do it slowly =)

Hope that helps!

or you can try a torx head that fits into the hole. They seem to get out bolts that an allen head has stripped out.
