well be a little more exact in what you manyed to screw up and you might get a better answer.

Did you force teh screw into the bottle line threads or did you really screw up and bugger up the main body or Valve threads ?

oh doh!, I meant to say grip frame instead of just frame.

I forced some Stainless Steel screws in the grip frame of the emag (right below the PCB and such).... now, when I try to add a drop, only one screw goes in right.. the other does not. I looked at the threading, and of them is all messed up... like x's instead of a spiral...

Hope I cleared things up, and hopefully there is an easy way out of the mess I got myself into.

Thanks!

Go to the hardware store and get a 10/32 Tap and run it in there. That should clear it up

Tunaman is right. You want to chase those threads.
But from now on you'll want to use some extra care with whats left of the threads.

i have a solution to your problem. I recently stripped out a screw on an outboard motor being a special screw i could not replace it with a larger size. My solution is called a helicoil. i found it at my local ace hardware. it is easy to use, use the included tap to retap the hole, insert the helicoil put screw in place. it worked great and is worth the slightly expensive price tag.

here is a link for some information on the helicoil:

Thanks for the info guys, I'll try to rethread it first, and if that fails, i'll try that spiral thingy... :)
