As you can see, my revy shell kinda cracked when I cut holes, but I'm planning on ordering a smoke revy shell anyway so the paint isn't so bright ( I play woods ball )...

I guess it's too late to tell you to use a hole saw? A regular drill or jig-saw will chew up the plastic......like yours.:cool:
