C45P312 took my $60 for a 47 ci tank on 5/2/02. I have yet to recieve the tank and I haven't heard from him in 2 weeks. He told me it was shipped on the 14th and I haven't heard from him since. Anyone know who this is? I PayPaled so I have little info on him.

well you should always get as much info as possible from a person before trading. did u get a tracking number?

just file a copmplaint with paypal and you can get all his info from paypal as well
