I just wanted to know if you could turn the RT part of the retro off and just have a standard semi, or is it all or nothing?

it is a super semi. and to my knowledge, there is no wasy u can shut the reactiveness off. unless u have an adjustable tank, then u could turn the pressure down; but that would be bad for ur valve

Low pressure going into the valve won't be bad for it. As long as your run about 600psi into the gun, it won't be very reactive at all and it will shoot just fine.

oh, i didnt know that. i thought the whole deal w/ the low pressure is that it hurts the mags. oh well. anywayz u could always trade ur rt valve to someone who wants it for their stock valve and cash

Yeah thats my question, Can you put a RT valve in a Classic 68?

No, but if it is a RT PRO, you can. regular RT's don't fit.

You can put a Retro Valve into a Classic Mag, but you can NOT put an RT valve out of an old style RT into a Classic. The air inlet is on the bottom of the valve and there's other things about it that won't let the fit. Then again, I don't think there are many original RT valves floating around for sale.
