I just asked my mom, how do you use photo house and draw stuff like that? anyone?

OMG…. It is not Photo House.. it is Photoshop. It is made by Adobe.
http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/main.html
It is also NOT a drawing. And if it was, it would be a poor one at that.
There are however tons of “art” type filters for Photoshop that if used correctly it will make a photograph look drawn, painted, etc. But this looks like a simple “Find Edges” filter. There are other filters that can create the same effect though.
I really hate seeing one filter work… and even more seeing anyone impressed by it.

Yes thats definately photoshop. Looks like a watercolor filter, with some colorburn, also neon edges with the neon set to white then negatived (black). But hell...I can draw like that..
with photoshop airbrush :)

LOL That would be taking a long way around a simple one filter affect. ;)
Watercolor filters generally do not create that type of image.. but could if you followed exactly what you listed.. but that would be so very silly it is beyond words. I mentioned “find edges” specifically because I know that it creates that exact same effect with one click. I also (to make sure I was not pointing people in the wrong direction) took a similar picture and applied that ONE filter… guess what? It looked exactly the same. ;)
Sometimes people try to overanalyze a simple graphic…

oh yea... i drew this too...:
(OK OK i couldnt find hte right stuff. I used Pixel and could only find the "Detect Edges" filter.. it didnt work as well. So i had to reduce colors to like 14 first, then detect, then invert and monochrome. I still drew it)
