registering my valve

I just recently bought a 68 automag and I want to register the valve in my name because there is something wrong with it but I dont know what and I want to send it to agd to be fixed. How would i go about doing this?

And if you don't get a confirmation in a couple of days (wed or thurs if you do it today or tomorrow)

Then spend the .50 and phone them during their business hours.

I tried to register my RT and ended up phoning - and the people in the office are really nice :)
