Hello guys,

Been looking into dumping my crossfire steel stubby for a new carbon fiber tank.

i want a tank that gives my superb flow and consistency for around 200-250.

as of right now, i am thinking of a standard preset tank, cause if i want ReTro Valve later then ill get a new regulator for my foregrip. that would work wouldnt it?

ive read that crossfires have great flow, whatabout consistency?

what are some tanks out there that are worth looking into?

on a totally different note, what kind of paintball PANTS would you suggest?

thanks
dan

I haven't used a Crossfire, but I do use a flatline. You should be able to find a used 68/3K in your price range as well.

And the front grip reg wouldn't work as you would more than likely want to *increase* the pressure going into the valve, not *decrease* it.

The flatline is a very consistant reg and like all AGD products, if you know the proper care and feeding the reg will last much longer than the 15 year lifespan of the tank.

get a raptor rex reg. find a bottle for cheap and then get the reg for liek 100. works very well, mounts nicely

guys,

i kinda wanna save my cash and keep my stubby for awhile.

I think in a little bit i buy a crossfire 4500 psi tank.

then if i buy the RT i may look into the THOR from pmi.

would the thor alone w/ my stubby be of anyhelp/ use for my current setup?

thanks
alot.

as far as bottles i got a nitroduck glass wrapped on ebay for 80. Great bottle. You really have to look around, try the air systems forum, i'm pretty sure i've seen them there.

is this a 51 or 68 stubby? if it's 51 i'd be interested in trading my 88 4500 nitroduck bottle with corssfire 4500 reg for it, plus some cash. I LOVE the 51! :D

very open to trades, offer me something.

PMI 88/45 fatty. It's as short as a 68, but thicker. The PMI reg is almost as good as the Crossfire.
