If i have a powerfeed emag, and got the level 10 mod, does that eliminate the need for warp feed.

No.

Because the Warp is NOT all about speed. That's not the reason it was designed. The primary purpose is to get that big target off the top of the gun and reduce the profile of the gun. It also allows you to shoot the gun at any angle out the sides of bunkers. There's a whole lot more to the Warp than speed. Nothing will eliminate the need for it.

yes. black explained it all..warp feed enables the balls to get in the chambe quicker and for a low profile

Not quicker, but fully in the chamber before firing.
