Still having some revvy issues

I am having an issue with a 12v black revvy. It randomly decides to keep spinning regardless if there are balls in the tube or not. I tried adjusting the ball stack by moving the elbow and hopper up and down with no luck. It even did it with the hopper off and me blocking the eye with my finger. If I flip the switch a few times it sometimes will correct itself. I haven't opened it up to check anything yet. Is there a way I can test the eye itself? I am guessing its an eye issue, since it spins fine. I just hate intermittent problems. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

best way is to just take it apart and look at everything, its all pretty easy concept so you won't have problems puting it back together..
take it apart and check the connect from the eye to the board. maybe its getting knocked loose. check all the connectors.. take a q-tip and clean the two eyes on it too.
