i have an old tank i havent used in years and i just realized that it needs a hydro really bad can anyone direct me as to where i may get this done?

Try the local scuba shop or compressed gas provider in your area. Hope this helps..

most scuba shops dont do em anymore, now I think cobra paintball does em.

If you don't have a scuba shop.. ask your local firestation where they get their personal Breathing systems hydro'd. Firemen sometimes wear compressed airtank to breathe on. They'll be able to direct you via address or phone number of their hydro facility.

i say if there is a proshop near ur house or sumthing that they can do it for you

That's funny lillgod, almost all scuba shops around here do hydro testing. I know I used to perform hydro tests at one of them.

i rememebr someone saying there was a change of rules on co2 tank hydros what is the deal with that is it still 5 years?

rules for hydros

alum - 5yrs

fibre wrap - 3ys, 15yrs lifespan

chrome moly - no hydro required

Some new Fibre tanks are 5-years. They will say on the tank. This rating is US only, in Canada, they still must be hydro'd every 3 years.
