NEPL and NPPL and leagues like that, is the RT on the automag illegal?

It shouldn't be.. the only thing thats "Illegal" is operating the RT in runaway mode, similar to full auto. As long as your gun fires one shot per trigger pull and release it should be allowed. The RT is a semi-auto gun and the runaway can be accomplished only after modifying several parts which will cause problems with the gun down the road and is not suggested.
