Don't you think that's funny though? Maybe it's just my Brit sense of humour and love of Monty Phython type antics...

and bunkerhugger, us 'foreigners' like pie also

And to all you guys whining... Whatsa matter? You don't like pie?!?! Well you're no friends of mine! Cake-eatin' yuppies!

Manike, you have been found worthy to join me in my court at the bakery, to become one of the Knights Who Say "Pie!". What say ye?

Actually he said "only non americans don't like pie" which is a double negative and thus can also be taken to mean "Americans like Pie" or "foreigners don't like pie"

Semantics :D

Oh hey right you are. Didn't see the "don't" somehow. I guess that's what I get for correcting a Brit in matters of the English language.

You see that's the great thing about Pie. It's so versatile and can mean so many different things to different people and depending on what mood you are in.

:)

Hey are you saying that us Yanks don't get British Humor?!?! I'll have you know that I love Monty Python (the life of Brian, and the Holy Grail are my 2 favorite movies). Also you're forgeting about 2 of the greatest comics to ever come out of Britan... Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean for those of you who don't know his real name), and Eddie Izzard (kinda weird, but great british comedy). Also I will admit that Jamie Oliver is another great Brit import along with "Are you being served?"

Sorry for the rant, but I just had to defend them Brits with my $.02...

And on a side note, why does British food almost always look disgusting, and taste nasty? is it because everything is boiled?

I like pie, I like all types.

American Pies, the fruit filled kind are nice, but... British style pies are the best. Steak pie, beer pie, and Organ meat pie... Maybe not the Organ meat...

Meet Ted. Ted is Brit who likes pies. A lot. In fact, if you are eating with Ted, guard you pies, because Ted will eat them and then set the table on fire.
