If i get a lvl 10 for my 68 automag valve stuff. (Dont look at me im writing for someone else) and bought a retro valve could I still use the lvl 10 upgrade?

YES, oh my god, please read the description of Lv10, do ppl not know how to read. i dont know if it is me, or r ppl becoming so lazy they do not understand the concept of looking for an answer BEFORE asking it.
