Not an easy process especially with aluminum parts.
Try automotive paint remover, or powder coating remover from a dealer.
Do not expose to long to aluminum it will make it pit.

should i soak the parts in it? or put it on a rag and wipe it. if they turn out bad or i dislike them i will be sending them to you for a black powdercoat. i have a zgrip, drop and asa, gas thru with a vert adapter, a forgrip, and a site rail. pm me with a price. thanks

I dont think that's gunna work on powder coating. the stuff is like baked on and finger nail polish remover wouldn't quit do the trick. it would take either a really strong base or a really strong acid. if you dont mind loosing a finger or two...try battery acid

I found some orange foaming paint stripper at walmart and it took the powder coat off of my tippman 98, all you have to do is let it sit for about 24hrs or so.
