Some one help me with a sig pic problem

I found a pic on a web site and could now bring it up by its self and saved it to my computer. is there any way to resize it and make it show up in my sig?

post the pic in this thread.right click the pic,go to properties,then copy the hyperlink for it.Go to your contol panel or whatever.paste the link in the box,and put infront of the link,and at the end
