I was wondering if anyone knows of any companies that do good custom powdercoating jobs for relatively low prices? I was considering SiN, but their website is down, so I dont know what's going on with them. Also, I've heard negative feedback about SiN's workmanship. Any suggestions? Thx.

try K&P Customs (http://www.kpcustoms.net) they can do translucent powdercoat that is the closest you can get to an anodizing job and should be a lot cheaper

I got a local custom auto shop to do my microRT. I have pics... but my scanner isnt working. I got a two tone job done. He did a few of the parts (CP pro barrel system, trigger, powerfeed) in a glossy black called black chrome. And then for the body, z-grip and warp mounting plate, he first put a silver coat on it, then sprayed a translucent red over it. The gun just looks amazing! I wish my scanner worked so I could show it off! Best of all, it was only $30 and I had the gun back in 2 days!

PM AO member Junky. I just got my mag done by him. He's got great communication and great prices. He can also do the translucent job

Powdercoating, he can just do a finish that is the closet powdercoating can get to looking like anno.

I found out that I need to get it anoed because I want a splash job, and aparently, this can't be done with powdercoating.

if you have a mag... only aluminum can be ano'ed, unless you have a micromag or the sfl extreme or some other aluminum body.

I talked to redrider, and he said that it can't be done.

SIN is no longer doing anything paintball related.

Splashes must be anno, If you have a splash kit, call SP, you may be able to get an AA with a matching tip.

I had the option to buy the kit with the matching AA, but I'd rather keep my J&J 2-piece and just ano it to match.
