because it ahsn't been released to the public and Tom wants us AOer's to test it for him to make sure its perfect B4 a gaggle of ppl start flocking AGD with phone calls asking about Lvl 10(or atleast thats what I figure)

actually lvl 10 wasn't released to europeans until about a week after it was in the states.

Extreme emags are build in UK, that's why they are available earlier in Europe.
Lvl10 as been available a few days earlier than in US, from my own experience, but the quantity is very limited.
