flatline fill nipple

Ok so I go to get my new 4.5k flatline filled today and the guy tells me the nipple doesn’t fit securely. I ask him if he could change the fill nipple and he says sure. Then he comes back out and says that it leaked out of the fill nipple when he tried to fill it. What is wrong here? :confused:

When in doubt call the tech. :D Take a female Q/D and attach it to the nipple. Then get a nipple that will fit the fill tank and put it on the other side of the Q/D.
