Pick of mag or an emag?

The E-Mag is the better gun by far but that one is probably a lot cheaper.

no i know what the gun is it is my mag i am just curious what most people think of the two guns compaired. Kind of constructive critisim, they both have the same valve, just different electronics, the only thing i think that the emag has ontop of this gun is mechanical firing ability if your battery goes out.

the emag is also entirely composed of AGD components. That means that it won't prematurely wear any of its internals, unlike a hyper/booya/mako etc. And lastly, the emag has the magnetic trigger. Just some notes that may have gone unconsidered.

You got a nice gun there i wouldnt say its as good as an E-Mag and if ya dont mind me askin whats up with that 3 foot braided line?

That's a nice gun but definitely not as good as an emag.

looks like the hose is a remote. The tank is just really close to the bottom of the gun that it looks like it is connected.
I am not at all a fan of remotes, they are clumsy and problematic.

If you can afford it, go Xtreme with LVL 10 and ACE, you will not regret it.

The trigger on an EMag is beyond comparison, Manual mode is a life saver.

Yes, that is a remote line he has on it. I have one setup similar to it for my son who had issues with the overall weight and clumsiness of his marker when the air system was attached directly. Moving the remote to a load bearing rig was alot easier for him to carry then on marker.

i have a black minimag dressed up like your gun and i just bought a Emag and love it also.
so what i say is, there is always room for another mag and since you own the first mag and your asking what one you should buy sounds like your just in need of a little insperation to buy a Emag so i say go on hostage get a emag and own 2 of the best guns concieved by man.

No he isn't.

You are right, it does have an RT valve but it also has a Mako E-frame. Not a bad set up but it can't compare to an E-Mag.

It is a remote, I do alot of running and I hate being waited down with a 114ci tank. Though this gun shoots great I am just waiting for my level 10 in the mail. As soon as it comes in then i would like to see how it would shoot side by side against an emag. I love this gun a lot since it was upgraded by me and customized, a lot of TLC went into this gun. That is why I don't have an emag. Emags look a little bit heavier and if i like very little wait then this is mostlikely the best thing for me.

I have a mag , booyah , freak , yatta yatta yatta ,and i love the setup. I used to think it was equal to an emag but i shot one and its trigger pull is nicer ( booyah is like click of mouse) ,but i dont think its worth the extra 500 bucks , i bought a freak , nitro , and halo b with what i saved, plus i love the way the booyahs lcd is setup , very easy to adjust gun, and i love how compact the mag is. So yeah the emag is lot better ,but with the mag booyah combination (if you can install it right) you get more bang for the buck.:D Just be sure to get a lvl 10 i carry a strait-shot and swab , both cost about 10 , thats like a third of lvl 10 right there !!

btw , booyah said the product works better with classic valve , thats what they were designed for (thats what i was told by the maker of the product)

I do like the booyaah frame, most people complain since they don't know how to fix it or where to get it fixed. It is a thing that needs TLC, if you give it TLC, it will make sure to get you some love'n back! BTW out of all my paintball products i have to say the booyaah is the most reliable, haven't had a problem with it yet (knock on wood) though i have with many other parts.

hostage if your happy with it what does it matter what everyone else thinks? i would play with a gun covered in pink duct tape if it shot the way i wanted:) :D just my thoughts, actually i built my cocker to look as stock as possible just so people think less of it and me. its startin to look a little to flashy i gotta figure something out

emags ARE heavier, but they are also faster(with magnetic trigger),and they have manual mode, which i highly doubt the boo yah has...

And uh, where is hybrid mode on the booyaah? :D

Crap, I voted for the wrong one...

I say emag. I just think if your going electro, but a marker thats meant to be electro.

kinda going off on a tangent here, but...

what's the point of having a retro valve if you have an electric gripframe? There's no reactivity anyways, and if the stock valve can handle 15? bps without measurable shootdown, why upgrade?

i don't need a fast shooting gun to shoot someone out. i use my aim... i don't blow half my paint on one kid. thats how the pros do it. no offence to you that don't. i'm with the mag.
