We shipped a bunch more of these out last week, and will ship more this week, but we still cannot guarantee anyone that his kit will ship by a particular date. Once again I must ask you not to call or email us asking if yours has shipped or when it will ship. We cannot predict when yours will ship.

If you ordered all at once, then your entire order will be filled, along with the LX, as soon as your order # is recieved by shipping.


Guys, if you have personally talked to one of the girls at AGD, then your order is logged in. Do not worry about any #s at this time. Also, if you placed an order online, be patient. The auto-responder is not working 100%, but it is a sure bet that your order was recieved.

How long would it usually take to ship Level 10 to Germany, from England ?
Orders from the USA usually take 5 or 6 days by air mail, UK should be faster or am I wrong ? :confused:

I believe some of the first 100 are still being shipped occasoianlly.. and this next batch should be coverging from then up..in chronological order from date/time of order... I'd hope. *EDIT* I removed my sourness as I received it! Anyway bad news...no cam yet...will be here tomorrow.. and I'll post pics of everything that comes with it along with step by step what goes where.

I hopefully will get my digital camera before I install this..I'll try to put some step by step pics up. :D

OK let's see if I can cover everything that has been asked.

We give UPS your email address when we ship. They are supposed to send you the tracking number after they scan the shipment into their system. If your shipment is going by any other service, you will not receive any notice of shipping.

If you ordered other stuff with the Level 10, your order will be held until the Level 10 is ready to ship. Conversely, if something else you ordered is out of stock, the Level 10 will be held up. We do not break up internet store orders as the store only collects money for one shipping charge.

No idea how long it takes to ship from England to Germany.

I do not know how many more will be shipped this week, but it should be at least 40 and probably more. I lost track of how many went out last week.

I have a question Marcia. Do you by any chance know if the bolts for the SFL/Extreems made it back from the brazier? If not, I'll continue to wait and wonder patiently.
