first time posting pics, need help!!!!!

i havent posted a pic, can anyone tell me how to post a pic in my thread instead of having an attatchment file like a jpeg or bmp??? i want to have it like where it says CpSuPeRkId has attatched this image. ive tried b4 but nothing works, help please!

Either put an open image tag, [img], then the link and a closing tag, [/img*] minus *, like this[IMG]http://www.whatever.com/whatever.jpg[/IMG*]


Or look where it says vbcode and under the font size drop down menu, and find the "img" button click that and enter the url into the pop-up when you post.
