Ah, what a monstrosity! Its hideous! If I were to ever undergo something like that I'd at least try and make it half-professional looking. I'd mill a block and neatly atach everything and not tape things on and leave a whole mess all over the marker. It get points for ingenuity though:rolleyes:

Let the poor gun rest in peace , and let it be ugly so the other cool guns could have something to say like : "When i get upgraded i dont want to look like that ;)"

...there are people who will do this sort of thing for you.

(I know, I know, sometimes half the fun is in doing it yourself...I personally prefer something that looks halfway professional, but power to ya.)

the sear/bolt is release by a ram, so you have a 1mm (or under) trigger pull that is very light. the only thing the trigger activates is the 4-way (or as bud calls them 3-way). So, your pull is only dependant on the return spring and the drag on the orings.

Ive thought about doing a similar thing to a micromag with LX, but i sold the micro a while back.

Here's the link for a reasonably clean conversion of a Maverick into a electro semi. A Tinker's Guild regular named Hellbore did it.

http://cleedo.com/emav.html

It seems to me to be a cleaner installation of parts, and I think of Hellbore as a resident Trracer/Maverick expert on the Tinker's Guild.

I think the electro phantom Punisher is doing is very clean. Its on PBnation.com in the custom gun forum.

That's NOT what I meant by custom WOOD grips!!!

Not bad for a garage job..
personally I think I could have done it better/cleaner,
but since I have not..
I will shut up now.

All I have to say is.... ewwww! What were they thinking butchering that defenseless phantom like that! A block of wood for a foregrip? Looks aren't everything, and I'm sure that gun is sweet to shoot, but man that thing looks like something that came from the t.v. show Junkyard Wars. Glad people are actually trying to do stuff like this though.
