Our Techs will be at the New Jersey party, so the Tech phone line will not be answered again until Tuesday 7/16.
We, unfortunately, get no such holiday. We can issue RAs from the front office but cannot answer technical questions.
Have your serial number ready if you call for an RA. If you call to place an order, it is immensely helpful if you first check the internet store to get part numbers and names.
