How many AO's have piercings?

I saw the tatoo thread, and figured pierced people need a thread to call their own. Post pics (make sure they are PG-13) and some comments on what you got done.

Just to let you know what I have right now: 16 guage cartledge left ear, 16 guage tragus both ears, 8 guage lobes both of em, and my newest piercing a 10 guage septum.

I will post pics of my piercings tommorow.

I'm a loser, just one in my left ear. Mommy wont let me get what I want(3 in each ear, or maybe 5 in the left and 3 in the right...). Plus I also WANT my labrete, lip, tongue, and eyebrow pierced. But thats definetly not happening till I'm 18 lol :D. Yeah, I'm a dirty punk lol

I have always wanted one either on my eyebrow or lip...

but I'm only 14...My 2 oldest borthers have peircings...one jsut has on on his ear and the other has one onboth ears...And the one with one peircing also has a tatoo on his ankle.....lol when he first got it he wore a sock over it for 3 months until my mom noticed :p

Thanx dude :). Its slightly diffrent now, shaved on the sides and the back with a #3 guard, and they just touched up the top(not noticably shorter :)). Its fun lol, especially cuz I'm basically the only punk in my town, everyone has to ask me how I get it to stand up and stuff lol, I'm the town freak show lol :D. Heres another pic of the hair lol

My dad got me into piercings, this man is 47 years old and is still staying cool. His list of piercings: 2 industrials 14 guage (he had to take them out due to some keloids sp?) 2 Diaths 16 guage, 2 Tragus 16 guage, and 1 Nape 14 guage. He is wanting to get a ladder on is neck, so about 2 more napes.

I don't think so. Apparently it's not that bad. I just hold a strict doctrine that the only sharp thing that comes remotely close to that area is teeth. :D If I get anything else done it'll be my tounge.

Blade, I've thought about getting my septum done a lot recently, unforunately My piercer is currently out of a job and since she is my friend she gives me deals when she's working. Probably just as well though, I ain't got no money. Are you stretching straight to an 8g or are you going via an 10g?

shouldnt hurt that bad, cause in my ears i went from a 10 to a 6, and when im bored at home, i try sticking my 10 guage cbrs, from my ears in my septum. doesnt hurt, just put some saline on it and it pops right in,

on piece of advice, GO FOR THE SEPTUM!! You wont regret it, it feels great and is just a fun piercing all around

i have onyl had it for about 3 weeks, its healed enough for me to play around with it, make it bigger, and all that good stuff, i should take about 6 weeks for it to be officially healed

9 in my left ear, 6x 1.6mm, 2x 2.4mm 1x 3.2mm, a 10mm tunnel and a tragus
4 in my left ear, 2x 1.6mm 1x 2.4mm 1x 8mm tunnel and a 7mm Conch

Tongue - 2.4mm, two Labrets (both 1.6mm) and a Septum 2.4mm

Both Nipples pierced horizontally 2.4mm and vertically 3.2mm

two Navel rings 1.6mm (pierced myself:) )

An Ampallang (3.2mm) and a PA (4mm)

My Amp grew out:( and I've removed most of the Ear-rings (only 4x 1.6mm and the stretches, Conch and tragus left - but everything else is still firmly in place;)

For me I have both my ears pierced with 10 gauge Captive Bead Rings. Plans for eyebrow and toungue. BTW I get all my stuff free, my sister is the master piercer at the local tattoo shop.

You are correct. An ampallang goes throught the glans horizontally. I haven't had one, but plan on turning my PA into an apadravya. The same thing but going vertically.
I don't know about the pain but my dydoes hurt like mofo. It doesn't last long though. An hour later and you barely feel any pain.

bmezine is a good place to do research on what you know you want, not to get new ideas from. Not to mension their, political and societal ( if that is a word ) views are totally and utterly bunk. They wouldn't know people skillz if they got hit in the head by some. if you want to get something pierced go there to do research, don't go looking through there and find something to do to yourself.

Also BME is highly sexually sugjestive. And is highly not recomended for minors who doesn't know how to handle that stuff maturly.

I have to disagree to an extent. BME is a fine place to find information and a lot to learn about new things that you might never have been exposed to. If it wasn't for BME and the people I have met on it's online community IAM, there would be many things in my life, that mean a great deal to me, which I would never have been exposed too.

Much like here at AO, the diverse population creates a place where you can learn more about something that interests you. You may find things that inspire you. You may find things that you dislike. But just by opening yourself up to accepting new experiences and information, I think you are making yourself a better person.

It does tend to be highly sexual, but the majority of modern body modification's history is sexual in nature. It can be graphic and bloody as well. But if that's what you are looking for there are plenty of other places to find either sexual or "disturbing" content on the internet.

All I can say is take what you want from it and don't let the other stuff bother you. "My cocker shoots further than your mag" and "Only gays have their ears pierced"
