We have decided to set the date for September 22 at Stalkers near Wisconsin Dells. Please PM me if you can make it, along with the # of people coming.

Next to Bass Lake Campground
Westbound . . . via U.S. I90-94 Exit #85 - - turn left on Wisconsin 12-16 (toward Lyndon Station) 4 miles. Turn left just beyond billboard.
Eastbound . . . via U.S. I90-94 Exit #79 - - turn right on HH to Jct. Wisconsin 12-16. Turn left on 12-16 (toward Lyndon Station) 2 miles. Turn right just before billboard.

I talked to Diane at Stalker and we set the date for September 22. She will have Mike let me know the pricing and said she will talk to the campground across the road to see if we could get a discount.
PS.....she said Mike no longer shoots an RT :(

I will be there. I will also be talking with managers to help organize it. Who knows, if we can't get a decent price I have a stack about 4 inches tall of free passes that we could all use :) It's up to them :)
A NOTE: Do NOT say you will be coming until you are relatively sure. If you will need your parents blessing, ask them BEFORE you post that you will be coming. Make sure they are willing to sign a waiver for entry! Please, we need an accurate number of attendance in order to PROPERLY set this up, and get the best deal we can! Thanks!

I'll bring it up with the other AGD Pride guys and see if we can get the whole team out for the outin'. :) Nothing guarenteed but we'll see if we can make it.
Bout time that we had an AO day up by us, I just hate the thought of having to drive to New Jersey or Texas. :D

Yeah, write me down, I am almost positive I'll be there since I'm not playing football this year. Mike said someone called and mentioned it. I didn't think Mike has an RT, but if I remember correctly he mentioned eons ago(like Intelliframe release) that he wanted to buy an Xtreme. I know Andy, a ref and player on Shellshock, has an RT. I also have at least one other mag shooter I may be able to bring with, and I hope I'll still have one of my mags. I'll probably be Pm'ing you a little closer to the actual date, I wouldn't think there to be a limit.

It's not that far... it takes about 2 hours to get there!!!
Stalker is a great place to go play and best of all... I think that the 22nd (a Sunday) is a player's club, which means BYOP. Even if it's not, they have pretty good prices on paint anyways.
Come on just do it! You know you want to!
(Hmmm, that last line reminds me of those commercials where the guy is trying to get the other guy to smoke, and the point of the commercial is to prevent teenage smoking)

have either of you spoke to Mike or Dianne recently? Is this thing still a go. Anything that those who plan to attend need to know such as what time? where to hook up? you know the basics.
getting close to the date, and have not heard anything, even from Stalker when i visit there. as of yesterday.

I don't think it would be fair for Stalkers to have a small group, and still give us a discount.

This is a haul for me to get to the Dells... but since it is a player's club day and the days (those good for paintball outdoors) are getting shorter and cooler in the Midwest, I'm pretty sure I'll be there. I'll probably try to catch my brother at his university on the way up there too.
So.... hopefully a few others will commit. Come on people let's finish the outdoor season up with some fun. Don't make Linx have to cancel.
And I'm sure other people will tend to just show up, which usually tends to happen as some people can't commit due to outside circumstances. However, barring anything drastic (ie- I get dumped on with projects, my car dies, or an exam or 2 pops up) I'll be there.

Discount was basicly going to be players club pricing. Mike was supposed to e-mail me the pricing awhile ago but never did. I will check the forum later today...if we can't get at least 4-5 more AO'ers I think I'll call Mike and cancel. That way hes got at least a week to change plans.

I was pretty sure Player's Club you just needed to own your own marker. But I'm on one of their sponsored teams, so if you do have to be a member, I could have easily not noticed, heh.

If you think about it from the field's perspective though, if you have an extra influx of people that day (AO'ers) you would probably want to have a few extra staff on hand to ref, etc.
And player's club is for anyone, no membership required... at least it was the last time I was there.

I was just looking at Stalker's info again... the 22nd is the 4th Sunday of the month. That's not a Player's Club day unless they changed it (web site says 1st and 3rd).
If the AO day thing goes through, are we going to be able to use our own paint, or is it still field paint?
Put up a post if they changed the PC days.

Well because BTAutoMag bailed, (not to pick on you), and we've had very little intrest - I canceled the AO day.:(
Being it wasn't a Players Club day at Stalkers a 5-7 person turnout doesn't seem worth the 2 hour drive for me.
Hopefully in the future we can make this work when more people can commit.

I second that. There'll be a TON of 'mag users there plus 500 + players.
All of AGD Pride will be there and as far as I know, I believe that Tom is scheduled to be there as well. What do ya think?

If you're going to go, reserve paint early, it's $85 a case if you buy it ahead of time, but $100 on the day :0

Kendrick we've already met. You dropped me your business card once when we were at Sams for a fall big game (maybe a year or two ago) ;)
You were there with a guy who had brought a Sheridan KP rifle. I was there with my brother and was spliting my playing time between a PGP and a mini-mag.

Yeah, I'm really bad at remembering names too, I normally just remember people by the marker 'that guy with the purple extreme' is an easy one.
