Here's a proto of an LX sticker that many people thought they would like to see...if i get enough people saying they want them I'll get them done...they would be hopper sized..looks like they're gonna cost about $3.50 each with shipping...Which one do you like better...the thick lettering..

you should make em a good size so that they would fit around the valve(part sticking oputta the marker of course)

The NPPL rule of black & white only for hopper stickers is still in effect correct? you might want to make some BnW for the tourney folk.

you might want to go with the white instead of black since a lot of people have black hoppers and you won't be able to see it.

i wouldnt mind haveing a really SMALL one to put on my mainbody that says "lx inside"...cuz it doesnt reAlly make sence to put it on your hopper...

Well...it looks like the thick lettering has won out...I'm going to start a new thread with lists of people that want them..I'm only doing hopper size..sorry...and they're going to be white only so that they're NPPL compliant..I'm looking at around $3.50 each including postage..

I don't know if you're interested or not but I can design the logo so that the type looks a little more like the actual Intel typestyle. I have the Intel logo at work and it would be easy to modify it to read level 10. Either way I'd be interested in some....course I need a level 10 first.

Not to rain on your parade but Intel has a habit of protecting it's copyrighted logo so it may not be a good idea to mass produce and sell something which is an obvious facsimile of a copyrighted image. I do like the logo but I'd be careful about passing it around.

It's not an issue Sabre. At the sign shop, I work at, we paid for a 2 disk set of corporate logos. So we've paid for the privilage of using them. All very legal.

Then I say go for it. I just remembered hearing about how they sued someone over using their logo with just the words changed.

I remember reading on copyright stuff when I first got interested in copyrights and patent stuff.

I don't remember reading about logos and pictures, but I do remember that you can do parodies of music without permission.

Maybe the same could be done with pictures and logos?

If I am mistake, please let me know. I read these books when I was 15 or so.

Well..Load is gonna help me out and tighten the artwork up...once i get it back from him and then have my supplier take a look at it and send me back pics of what the finished product will look like i'll start the pre-order thread...(prices may change..i'm talkin to Load to see what he would charge for them..)

I tried to post revision for the stickers from the computer here at work but the internet connection is so slow it does'nt want to happen. I'll have to post them when I get home in a few hours. Also as far as color how about black printed on white or vice-versa. That way they'll show up on any hopper.
