Warp feed mod error

I have completed the on off mod with the led light. However the battery is over heating. I thing maybe I need a resister
but I am not sure. Can any body help me?

please stop posting that picture.....put it in your sig what you do is right click the image you keep posting and then hit properties there will be a link copy the link and go to user cp and edit profile and in there put [img] [/ img] in between those tag's and then you don't have to post it a million times.

You NEED A RESISTOR!

I'm surprised, that if you didn't use a resistor the LED didn't pop...?
