I want to change my warp to have a on/off switch with rechargeable batteries, and make it 12 volts to spin faster.

If anyone has information on how to do this or something like this.
please post it and also try too have pictures if not thats ok.

I don't know if it's too good of an idea to upgrade the voltage of anything like that because the moter more than likely wasn't designed to take that much power even if it's just a couple more volts.I would try that mod on something a bit cheaper like a computer fan or something to see if it actually works.

people are already running two 9 volts right now so i know that works and you can run 12 volts off the warp

Follow the directions from that link and you should be fine. Also, see http://www.robagd.com/revy-hack/ for instructions using two caps to keep steady voltage.

the whole set up was designed to be run at up to twelve volts. however, as long as you dont make the thing run huge duty cycles (like constantly running it), you should be fine with just two nines.
i use two MAHAcell NiMH 9 volts in series, works fine, and has worked fine for a long time.
