Either get some webspace and upload it there and then you can link to it or attatch it in a thread (like this one) and then you can link to that in your sig.
Attatch the image to your reply and i'll show u.

add this to your sig.

In the [ img ] part, notice that there are spaces. It should actually look like this [img]. just keep that in mind.
