i use Alexabder reeds as well as Vandoren, i personaly like the Jazz Cut Vandoren if thats what im playing

i prefer a 2.5 or 3 in strengths

Geez Syntax, how much do you have invested into all your guitars. Must be close to 5 or 6 grand not to mention you must have some pretty nice amps to go along with them. I am looking into getting into playing bass soon. Probably just a cheaper Gibson or Fender. That's after I get a bunch more stuff for my mag.

well like I said, music is how I make my money, and this is why I didn't have ANYTHING on my mag for a while. Plus, they are tuned differently and are used as backups during performance to each other. And good luck with starting bass, I did the same thing a few years ago.

gibson sg standard like posted, and an epiphone g400 (exact same, just cheeper) and that has black and white stickers of Rage Against the machine, The get up kids, "cant slep, the clowns will eat me" and a bumper sticker from the zendik cult on the back which says ¨quit Bi**hing, start a revolution" all these are black and white. Also, im trying to find little red stars for the volume knobs, and a slightly larger one to go inbetween the knobs. Also a black strap, with a black and white fugazi patch saftey pinned on!

NOTHING touches the gibson, the g400 is for fun, i practice on it, they play alot alike, i olny use the sg when needed, i want it to last!

MAjor, the austin looks alot like a stingray.. i like it.

for basses for a new player i reccomend a fender standard jazz or p bass. Or the Mark Hoppus signature bass. Good starter bases that you will be happy with for a long time. I actually wanna pick up a bass soon. Squires aint bad, but i doubt you will be happy with it for long

Thanx :). Its basically a knockoff of a stingray(if this was in paintball it would be freakin funny lol), the headstock and volume knobs are about the only cosmetic diffrence between the two.
