Someone told me that you can stick an RT on/off assembly into the standard MiniMag to lighten the trigger. Does this really work? Are there any drawbacks?

actually somebody just told me this as well...i planned on taking a trip sometime soon to go down to paintballwizard to test my theory. If they allow me to, i will post my results.
It gets easier to shortstroke, and you need to shorten the on-off pin I think.

yeah, short stroking will probably become an issue until you flux with the trigger rod (bad idea, but it only costs like 15 bucks for a new sear assembly if you screw it up, so its worth it)...but hey, thats what the level 10 is designed to prevent right ;)

Yes, a retrovalve on/off will work on a standard mag valve. I didn't measure the difference in the trigger pull, but it felt good.

did you flux with anything to make it work correctly?
Even with the level 10 shortstroking will cause shootdown. It just won't chop paint...

There's a thread in Deap Blue right now about this very subject: go here (http://www.automags.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=44110)
