Sure you can. But your gun will also leak all over the place and wear out parts like crazy :)

Ive done it but it will chip off pieces on your bolt and sear and it will increase shootdown i think. Dont do it.

I've done trigger work on one of my old mags, and It worked Ok. I adjusted the trigger rod length( ) and put a trigger stop.

whatever you do dont play with the sear...i read sumthin from ravi and tried it and it was a 15 $ experiment(new sear):(

Ya, it worked ok. it cut the trigger pull of about 1/4 of the pull. what i did was adjusted the rod, so when the gun is gassed up, the rod ALMOST touches the trigger in its outmost position(all the way forward) I then put an adjustable trigger stop in and adjusted it until it made it so the on/off pin will be in the position so you can take the valve out.

hmmm I've heard like from the above that the sear rods can be adjusted with a positive effect but probably shouldnt be. AGD factory sets em and screwin with them can totally through your timing off. They should be ethier non adjustable or red loctited so ppl cant screw with em. (just to note I was under the impression when I got mag that they dont have timing or what not (i just got rid o my cocker at that point) and thought o wow this thing adjust the pull lemme mess it up! I had to use the number of threads showing on my friends assy to fix it LOL)

It is red loctited in, and people insists on heating it and breaking the loctite. It is ajustable, because in some instances it actually needs to be ajusted.

Maybie they didn't use enough, and after being used for years, it came loose.
