Now I just need a drop forward, the tank sticks out a little too far for my taste (I have the TKO from pbgear.com)

And a black body...

And an intelliframe...

And a warp...

And a boomstick...

Hmmm.. gotta figure out how to take some. I have a scanner but no camera =) My buddy has one though, I'll see what I can do.

One question: Will this body fit on an Automag classic w/ a gas thru foregrip?

I like the look of it a lot better..

Sweet.

I have a 68ci crossfire. That minimag body looks longer, which was why I was asking..

Does anyone have a picture of that Minimag body on an Automag classic?

Yup. the main differnce between the AutoMag and the MiniMag are the body. There a few other subtle differences, but the big one is the body. They are totally interchangable. Unscrew the screw in the trigger guard (only after degassing and removing the valve), lift the old mainbody off and replace with the new mainbody. Then screw that screw back in and you're done!

Hope This Helps ~ Dave

Cool. I just kinda wanna see that body 'in action' as it were - it looks nice on the site, but in real life things don't always look so great ;p

Take a look in the classified forum for someone selling a mini mag that has a picture. That'll show you what it will look like.

For all efective purposes, the mini is simply a classic mag that has a longer body in the front and a vertical adaptor that comes with it. So...basicly if you remove your body and put a mini body on exactly the same way your body was...you'll have a mini. (I know there are a few differences but basicly they are exactly the same except for cosmetics)

edit: I just looked again at the TKO and it comes with a vertical adaptor. Slap a Mini body on there and you've got your self a Mini-Mag. The only difference is that your S# wont start with "MM"XXXXX.

Well, I got level 10 for it yesterday (which rules!!) but now my velocity consistency is *terrible*. Have to work on that next time I'm at the field - not sure what's causing it :(

Level 10 is a beautiful thing though :)

Only got to use my LVL 10 once myself so far. Consistency didn't seem all that great to me either but I had also bought a retrovalve for it. I wasn't sure what the culprit was.....

I've heard some people say the same thing about the old Superbolt. Let me know if you find anything that seems to make it more consistent. I probably just need to fine tune it some more (or break it in).

Well my velocity is +/- 45 - is yours as bad as that? It may not be the lvl 10 causing it though, I don't know..

Thats strange, my velocity consistancy is like that too.. thought It might just need breaking in and/or the chrono is a POS ;) (radarchron)

has it only happened to you since lvl 10? and how many shots have you fired?

personman

As for both questions, I dont know!
Hmm.. really I have only shot about 700-1k paintballs through it, HOWEVER, I have dryfired many many many many more times with it. I usually dont pay attention to my consistancy or write it down or whatever, and the chrono is not a POS, I just tested my XTS with nitro, the consistancy is +/-5 and thats pretty good for a 60 dollar gun. ;)
Anyway Im not sure how my consistancy is on my mag right now and I cant chrono it because I'm waiting for new warp hose to come (mines too short) but hopefully its better.

yeah, this +/- 45 stuff is pretty aggravating, i've put about 500 paintballs thru it and it's only gotten worse :(

i'm going to try replacing the reg seat but I don't think it's that...

+/- 45!!!!

I'm talking like +/- 10 which is not bad but before Level 10 I was a lot tighter. I am hoping the o-rings just need to be worn in......

Something is seriously wrong with your setup. You might want to start a thread and see if anyone has any solutions.

Here's an Automag 68 converted to a minimag. (Warp mod done to feed tube though)
