If anyone would like to play agaisnt me, Im not that good only been playing for 1 week and I want to get practice. My SC name is Solid4ce send me a whisper saying ur from AO.

Also if we get enough post I'll set up a server.

StarCraft is the best game ever. I'd play if my mouse wasn't all messed up. But no matter what anyone tells you, zerg are the best race to play as, you just need guardians and hydralisks and you can stomp almost anyone, except for the rare clever protoss player.

Its kind of stupid.
I cant find the starcraft cd, but I can find the brood war cd.. I cant find the brood war cd case but I can find the starcraft cd case.. :confused:

:D BTW Zerglings are the shiz! One time I had this really big game and I had so many fricking zerglings it wasnt funny! Ultralisks are cool too..
BTW im downloading SC off kazaa cuz I am sick of this crap, Im using my own cd key though.. Do you guys play Brood war? if so I'll have to download a brood war keygen :rolleyes:

OK, I download starcraft and try to play online and it pulls up this wierd error, so I install brood wars, I update battlenet, and NOW its saying the cd key I installed with (the one that came with the downloaded version) got disabled. SO, how do I switch cd keys? Is it in the registry? I have the cd key RIGHT here. And its mine from when I bought it.

the cd key is probably stored in the registry, it is on most new games (i think), but SC is pretty old so who knows.

ill play too, someone set up a channel, hows "automags" for a name?

just delete it and reinstall, even if u do find it in the registry, it will almost definitaly be encoded, so unless u can find a cd-key changer for SC (not likely) then save your time and reinstall.

cant reinstall, you see, I downloaded it off of kazaa because I cant find the cd. I have literally searched every corner of this house and I have no clue where it could be.

ah i c, well that would explain why that cd has been blocked, youll need to d/l a version you can install yourself, so u can input your own cd key, or borrow a copy from a friend.

Just go out and buy the game man, you can find the battle chest version (which has Starcraft, the Brood War Expansion, and the strategy guide) for like $10.

It keeps telling me the latency to the host is too high. I'm sitting on a cable modem. I'd think everything would be cool. Ideas?

try switching to east or west, whichever one your not on, or try it at a different time of day, your isp may just be busy at that time.
