"Nitro Duck is pleased to announce the authorization by the U.S. Department of Transportation for extending the retest period from three to five years for all Luxfer’s Carbon composite cylinders (which includes both Nitro Duck’s Carbon Fiber Series & Nitro Duck’s TUFF SKIN-Carbon Fiber Series), effective immediately. Furthermore, this authorization is retroactive on all Luxfer carbon cylinders previously manufactured under exemption DOT-E 10915 "
